  • Losses arising from declined or withdrawn applications

Complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. Where applicable, unresolved complaints may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

9. Regulatory Status

Where applicable, Gemdar Finance operates in accordance with regulations set by the Financial Conduct Authority.
